What if you could enjoy a career with a practice where 'culture' and 'values' weren't buzzwords...where not only could you enjoy a fulfilling and engaging career...but you could be a part of something bigger, a true support to regional communities...whilst honestly being able to say you are having a bit of fun at the same time!
Welcome to Tableland Veterinary Service. We have eight clinics scattered around tropical North Queensland. You can enjoy all the benefits of working in a larger clinical network without getting 'lost in the system'.
There is a lot we could say about life at TVS...Obviously, we offer a valued service to regional communities. However, this couldn't happen without a focus on building a culture, where everyone in every role was valued...and genuinely enjoyed coming to work.
We've been recognised as one of Australia’s best places to work, and we were certified as a Great Place to Work™ for the third year in a row in 2023...and aim for it to be four years running in 2024. Add to that being recognised in 2023 at the Queensland Training Awards as the best Medium Size employer in North Queensland.
Please click here to see photos!
The backbone to all this is the 'Spirit of TVS'...It brings us together as a team, guides our decisions and defines who we are.
It's all about BEING DEPENDABLE...
CHOOSING POSITIVITY...
SOLVING PROBLEMS...
And SHOWING LOVE.
If these don't resonate with you then you are not 'our people'... plain and simple.
But if they do...then read on.
We are looking for a Vet with some experience under their belt to join us...(Although recent grads looking to extend themselves will also be considered...)
Our group of clinics has a caseload that's as mixed as it comes...but this particular role at Coral Coast Veterinary Service is better suited for someone focused on small animals!
Regardless of whether your passion is largies, mixed or straight out smallies we encourage all our Vets to follow their passion, to develop and advance their skills...and to enjoy operating in areas of clinical practice that interest them.
Our clinics are nestled amongst the pristine tropical rainforest, crater lakes, golden beaches and sapphire waters of the Great Barrier Reef. If you love 'living life in summer' then you will love it here!
And don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy all the adventure or relaxation...
Our full time staff work a 4-day week. And although we are looking to fill a full time gap in the team, we pride ourselves on offering flexibility and can accommodate applicants who would prefer to work a little less.
When it comes to renumeration ours is industry leading. In fact, we are one of very few practices that have a clear and transparent salary guide...no more waiting and wondering for a pay rise... we guarantee you will be recognised for your expertise, experience, qualifications and leadership skills with us.
If this sounds like something you want to learn more about then give us a call or shoot us a text on 0410 418 098 or email work@tablelandvet.com.au
We can have a chat, answer your questions and if it's worth exploring further I'm sure we'll both know it!
