MENTORS
We are a group of 3 practices with 6 vets on daily so there is plenty of veterinary support should you want to run a tricky case by someone. Dr Michele (Membership in Emergency & Critical Care) & Dr Michael (Advanced Soft Tissue Surgeon), both have over 20 years’ experience and are just a phone call away. Not many practices can offer this type of mentorship!

The Vet Lounge is known for its high standard of patient care. We have all the toys you would expect from a high quality practice.

CULTURE
We’re family owned and love and appreciate our staff. Family is important to us too, so we try to keep work demands to a minimum so we can all get out and spend time with family and friends. We need to be there for animals in emergency but we also need to look after ourselves.

Lunch breaks are compulsory at the practice. No if’s or but’s, you need a break and you’ll be in trouble if you don’t take it! You can’t perform if you’re not rested and you can’t be happy when you’re exhausted. You can also grab yourself a tea, coffee or snack whenever you need.

ARE WE THE RIGHT TRIBE FOR YOU?
We're a positive bunch and love to have a good laugh! We see more positives in the day than negatives and we don’t gel with gossipers. If you love to have a good old moan and whinge about anything and everything, you won’t fit in here. The veterinary industry is challenging enough without adding school yard bullies. Our workplace is for people who offer support to each other, pitch in and help and genuinely want to leave feeling like you’ve made someone’s day….be it a staff member, client or patient.

Above award pay, great working conditions and great learning opportunities are here!

Come and meet us and see what you think.
