We are looking for a vet to join our weekend team, working Saturdays (either half days or whole days). There will be the option to work extra weekday shifts, at an elevated rate, to provide ad-hoc cover for the rest of our vet team when they attend CPD/ take holiday. This role would suit a vet with a consulting bias, as although you will be required to triage emergencies, critical or surgical cases can be transferred to our out of hours provider.

Beacon Veterinary Centre is a general mixed veterinary practice, in Cumbria. We have branches in Aspatria and Silloth. We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working with both small and large animals. You will be part of our friendly, professional and extremely supportive Veterinary team.

On the small animal side you will enjoy our purpose built facilities complete with all the tools you need to provide first class veterinary care. Our experienced nursing and reception teams will support you as you strive to deliver the best care and service to our patients and clients.

There is plenty of experience and knowledge to draw from. It is essential you hold a driving licence, as you will be required to travel between sites.  We can discuss both Full  or Part Time options. You will work a share of out of hours on a 1:4 basis.

Independent farm practice in Herefordshire is seeking a locum veterinary surgeon to help our team of 16 vets from December 2018 to end January 2019. There is some flexibility with these dates.

The work is 85% farm work and 15% equine, however if the locum prefers straight farm animal work there would be no commitment to the equine side

A vehicle is necessary as this is an ambulatory position, we can provide a van for work use and can source accommodation if required.
