The position available is a veterinary care assistant.  Ideal candidate would be someone interested in animals, with an aim to study veterinary nursing in the future (in the next 2 years), good work ethic, ability to be flexible with hours and have strong communication skills. Jobs would include walking dogs for toileting purposes, cleaning dog and cat cages, maintaining hygienic environment in all areas of the practice, setting up/cleaning for procedures, restocking areas and assisting vets or nurses when required.

Our facilities include three operating theatres, X-Ray, on site 16 slice CT, visiting high field MRI, ultrasound, arthroscopy, fluoroscopy, endoscopy and laparoscopy.

You will have experience in referral veterinary nursing or are looking to move into referral veterinary nursing. Referral nursing experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. You will have demonstrable ability to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
