Bentons Road Veterinary Clinic, Mount Martha, Mornington Peninsula (posted 9th October)
Passionate Nurses Should Apply!
Experienced Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV or minimum 3 years experience) - Full Time 4 Days P/W
You know that feeling, right? It's that little spark of excitement, a surge of "what if?" It's that gut feeling that makes you think, "Wow, this could be amazing."
So, I've got to ask: Have you had that feeling today? As you've been scrolling through countless ads, reading the same repetitive stuff, did any of them manage to inspire you? Or did they just blend into one big blur of blandness?
I mean, seriously, have you read anything today that made you go, "Wow, that's different! That's interesting!"? Or have they all just felt a bit... meh?
I understand this is probably not what you expected in a job advert, but at Bentons Road Vet, we're not your run-of-the-mill clinic. We do things a little bit differently, and we like to think that this difference goes a long way in helping our team become the best versions of themselves. We've created a clinic based on collaboration and respect. No cliques, no gossip, no BS. It's a culture that not only rewards and supports every member of our team but also empowers them to shape the careers of their dreams.
We embrace our philosophy of combining natural health with the very best of modern medicine. Now, you might be thinking, "Natural Health!!! Is this the part where they talk about crystal healing?" Relax; There's no howling at the moon or realigning Chakras! What it means is that we're humble enough to admit we don't have all the answers, but we're curious enough to explore alternative approaches when conventional medicine reaches its limits.
Now, it's easy for me to say how amazing our clinic is, but don't take my word for it. Here's what Maggie, our surgical nurse, has to say about working at Bentons Road Vet:
"What I really love about working here is the fact that as a nurse, I know I can have open conversations with our vets and they listen and value my opinion. I’m not only encouraged to utilize my skills, I’m supported to do so”
If you're a veterinary nurse who's intrigued by the exciting possibilities Maggie has shared, or if you're eager to be part of a clinic dedicated to helping you reach your full potential, then we absolutely need to chat.
So what’s the next step?
Simply shoot your CV to Natalie, our practice manager: natalie.brvc@gmail.com or call on 0419 533 193, and let's begin a real conversation about your career, your passions, and your potential.
