We are looking for an experienced, bubbly, outgoing and approachable individual who can work in a high paced environment. Previous experience in the industry and leadership skills would be favourable. What the job entails:
- Greeting and assisting our clients and their pets on arrival to the clinic
- Phone triage of urgent and emergency patients
- First point of contact for our clients
- Handling enquiries
- Banking and other administrative duties
- Communication with the veterinarians and nursing team throughout the day regarding patients
- Ensuring the booking system is up to date, scheduling appointments and surgeries
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment and work space
