Seeking Rehabilitation Assistant.

WBRT takes in approximately 1000 birds a year. From large waterfowl to small altricial birds, we are the main facility to take in non native and non threatened bird species, in the Wellington Region.

We are looking for a superstar to join our team! Monday to Friday 11am-7pm

You will be a rehabilitation assistant helping treat, rehabilitate, clean and provide other essential daily care to birds. You will be required to clean outdoor aviaries on a daily basis, along with all the cleaning duties the WBRT hospital requires. You will also be involved in aspects of fundraising & social media too. We are a busy, fast paced facility, and need someone willing to jump head first into our busiest season. Are you up for it?!
