Location: Warwick, QLD
Duration: 6-month maternity cover (1–2 days/week)
Start: late December 2025 or early January 2026
Extra shifts: Extra days available if one of our other 3 part time vets zips off to Bali or Byron. Or Ireland.
Afterhours: NONE. Zilch. Nada. Afterhours who? Never heard of her. Your evenings are your own.

- Do you wish that your clinical notes would be magically written by a little AI elf? (Artificial intelligence, not artificial insemination!!)

We're a friendly, low-drama, close-knit small animal clinic in Warwick, QLD, and we're on the hunt for a part-time vet to keep the good times rolling while one of our vets takes some time away to care for a fresh little human.
We won't bore you with talk about what we've got – it's the same in every vet ad, and there's only so many times you can read the phrase "all the toys" before you want to gouge out your own eyeballs with a cystotomy spoon. Which we have, by the way.
What you'll do:
- Vet things - some surgery here, some consults there, a spot of dentistry if that's your thing.
- Be backed up by consult-savvy nurses
- Let AI write your notes (yes, seriously)
- Drink coffee that isn't cold (we believe in miracles, and Zarraffas runs)
What you won't have to do:
- Afterhours
- Estimates or Invoices – our nurses handle that stuff, and they're pretty great at it.
- Try and wrestle the IDEXX machines into submission. No promises re the fluid pumps though.
- Work alone or feel unsupported
