An exciting opportunity to work an 18-month contract with extended holidays to allow for travel. Accommodation and a car are both provided as well as administration and the fees to work abroad all taken care of.

Tyrrells Equine Clinic is a 6-vet equine only practice situated in a beautiful rural location close to the town of Royston and with excellent transport links to London, Cambridge and others. Our practice sees a varied mix of ambulatory and clinic-based work with patients ranging from sports horses to leisure ponies. A friendly and supportive practice, we are seeking a hard-working team player who is ready to get involved.

As an independent practice our vets are free to make all clinical decisions as they see best and have the opportunity to follow up their own medical, orthopaedic and surgical cases as desired. Our purpose-built clinic has extensive facilities as well as a full range of modern diagnostic equipment including an objective gait analysis system. Experienced and qualified support and nursing staff are responsible for the management of our clinic and on hand to assist with clinical procedures, patient care and administration.

We are looking for full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join our team

We are a small animal, independent practice in SW London. We are a hard-working and friendly team consisting of 3 vets and 7 nurse/support staff (high ratio of vets/nurses). Fully equipped practice with in house MiLab machines, IV fluid pumps, digital radiographs and dental radiographs. We do see some exotics (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, ferrets) but experience in this area is not essential.

Candidate must be minimum 3 years qualified and registered with the RCVS. Annual salary range £60,00-70,000. 5 day week of 40 hours. 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, with time in lieu). Candidate will have cpd allowance and private health insurance.

Mixture of surgery / consults. Either morning consults followed by full day surgery, or a full day consulting.

Immediate start available for part-time hours. Full-time hours available from May 2022.

Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon at Midshire Veterinary Group

Midshire Veterinary Group is a long-established thriving independent practice. We are based in the historic county of Warwickshire. Close to the centre of England, we have fantastic transport links to the rest of the UK.

We have an experienced, supportive team of Vets and RVN’s, further supported by front of house teams and management. We work in a well-equipped environment including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, TTA kit, extensive monitoring equipment and an in house lab. We are proud to be a RCVS accredited practice, an ISFM practice member and are members of XLVets.

We are looking for an additional small animal vet to join our team and work across two surgeries just a couple of miles apart - Paws Veterinary Health Centre and Whitestone Veterinary Clinic. The position is advertised as full time - 4 day week between Monday and Friday with the longest shift being 8am-6pm - but we are open to discussion for flexibility for the right candidates. No on-call with just Saturday surgeries 9am-3pm on a shared basis (approximately 1:5).

As a friendly supportive team, this role will suit individuals of varying experience. We are also able to sponsor applicants who require UK visa sponsorship.
