Killarney is a rural town and locality in the Southern Downs Region, Sth East Qld and is situated on the headwaters of the Condamine River. It borders New South Wales.
Killarney is approximately 180kms south-west of Brisbane CBD, so is easily accessible to the city but is the perfect mix of greenery and country life, with rolling foothills surrounded by mountain vistas, valleys and waterfalls. Head east into the mountains to visit the Queen Mary Falls National Park where Spring Creek tumbles over a 40-metre cliff. Also, being so close to the Scenic Rim, you can bank on some of the most delicious foods and freshest produce in the state.
